Le Voyage dUlysse, première cuvée produite aux Vignobles David, fait son retour. En agriculture biologique certifiée, la Syrah fait la part belle à l'assemblage, 90 %. Située sur un terroir d'éboulis calcaires, la concentration caractérise l'identité de la cuvée avec un rare équilibre. Le Mourvèdre, sur un terroir de galets roulés, termine l'assemblage, 10 %. Il apporte la structure et conférera à la cuvée son apogée dans le temps. Cuvée confidentielle, produite à 3 900 bouteilles.
