Fleur de Lune est une ode à la nuit, celle qui couve les vignes été comme hiver : la lune qui dicte notre rythme de travail. Taille, protection, écimage, date de vendange, sous tirage, mise en bouteille. Le calendrier lunaire nous indique quand certaines actions peuvent être opérées afin de produire ce vin fleuri. Il est un subtil assemblage de Syrah à la robe sombre, de Grenache Noir qui confère la rondeur et de Cinsault qui apporte fraîcheur et délicatesse.
